Happy Birthday Mauricio!

What's not to love about this picture? Ah! I love this little gorgeous boy! I am so blessed because he is my little brother and I love him so much! Today is his birthday and I am impressed that my little brother is growing up so fast! I just wanted to say that I truly love him, he is so special and I don't know why I would do without him because he is so unique and so adorable! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAURICIO! I LOVE YOU!

Wendy is just so great!

Hey everyone! Well as my post title says: "Wendy is just so great" because it's true. I am so thankful I have such an amazing friend by my side. I want to congratulate her for graduating from UEI. Now she is a Medical Assistant and I'm happy for her because I know this is the start of all the work she will be doing to make her dreams come true and I know she'll make it :) 

Congratulations Wendy! You know that I love you and my family loves you too! Keep up the great work! :)

Well, I just wanted to let you all know that I created a blog in Spanish and I like it because now I'll be able to share with my family too. It is going to be kind of hard because everything I am sharing in English, I will have to share it in spanish too but it's great because I want my family to understand all the things that I write in this blog. As I've said it many times, this is my little brother Mauricio. I love him! Right here he was only 4 years old and he is the cutest! My little baby darling is turning 7 years old this April 28th and I can't believe it! Time flies!

Easter thoughts!

Hello everyone! Well it's spring break :) Easter time! Since I didn't have vacations or anything like that, I didn't feel like it was spring break. This morning I watched two videos that really touched my heart, because that's what Easter is all about, to remember the sacrifice that our Redeemer Jesus Christ did for us. I'd like to share with you all these videos, and I'm sure you'll feel the same way I felt.

After I watched these two videos, I thought so much and yes I cried. I really feel like the hymn says: "I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me. Confused at the grace that so fully He proffers me; I tremble to know that for me He was crucified, That for me, a sinner, He suffered, He bled and died. Oh it is wonderful that He should care for me enough to die for me, Oh it is wonderful, wonderful to me!" This hymn describes how I feel because I am amazed to know that Jesus Christ is so great and so perfect. I am thankful He is my Redeemer and my Savior. I feel like I really want to be a better person, be like the way He is because He is just so amazing. He suffered everything, the perfect person that never did anything wrong had to suffer for all of us and He did it just because He loves us so much! That is just wonderful and I have no words to thank Him. I know that even if I gave Him my whole life, it will never be enough compared to what He did for me and for us. Just wanted to share that with the world! I know that Jesus Christ lives! That He is our Savior and Redeemer and that because of Him we have hope to return with our Heavenly Father If we do our part too.

The brother birthday!

It's kind of funny to look at your 15 year old brother and remember that not too many years ago he was just a child lol :) Well, he is still kinda a child (:

Well, I just wanted to share some of the things that happened during this "surprise party".

The cake! And...ofcourse since my brother plays soccer, my mom bought it with those soccer decorations! He is gonna start playing "futbol" in school, I wonder if next year he is gonna have one with fultbol decorations lol :) Not a bad idea though!

Exciting!

So I just wanted to share something that made me happy :) So I was discussing with one of my friends that I've heard a lot of songs with girl names on it but never with my name----> Karla :) 

My friend Juan told me that I was wrong because he knew a song that said my name but with C--> Carla and I was like who cares? It says my name and well that made me happy! :) 

Sooo I'll share MY SONG with you guys lol :)

I can't express with exact words how greatful I am :)

Hello everyone! I am so excited right now because I am so thrilled about General Conference. I seriously can't wait for it because I know that The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints is a blessing in my life, I know that the gospel is true. I know that Thomas S. Monson is a prophet of Jesus Christ. I know that in this conference like in other ones I will learn, I will receive the guideness that I need. I'm so happy to listen to what the prophet has to tell us, I am so happy to listen to the 12 apostles and the 2 counselors of our prophet.

Why conference matters.

Another reason why I am so excited is because this sunday April 3rd is my brother Alfredo's birthday! He is turning 15 years old. Wow! I can't believe how time flies :) I love him so much!
