Happy Mother's day!

Isn't she gorgeous? Yep! And she is my mother! :) I just want to say how much I love her! She is a wonderful person and I don't know what I would do without her in my life! I love you mom!

There is a difference between worth and worthiness!

Our life and each human life are of value just as they are. You cannot change your worth in the sight of God. It is absolute. This means that worth is not up to you to manufacture, it is already a component of your life. In fact, you cannot make it, earn it, improve it or lose it. It doesn't get bigger or better.

Worthiness is a different measure and has to do with behaviors. When behaviors are not acceptable, it is easy to conclude that one's worth is tied to one's behavior and therefore that person is not acceptable or not of worth. Because worth is absolute, it is not affected by behavior although we may be led to believe that it is. Worthiness is a process, and perfection is an eternal trek. We can be worthy to enjoy certain privileges without being perfect. No matter what we do, we are of worth in the sight of God. Nothing we do can change that. But we all have to take care of our worthiness.
